The SGV Chapter invites you to meet an exciting speaker on Thursday, February 15th. Come enjoy a prehistoric presentation by American artist and illustrator William Stout. Mr. Stout specializes in paleontological art, has worked in over thirty feature films and has painted twelve large murals depicting the prehistoric life of San Diego for the San Diego Natural History Museum. SWHS members! We have our regular booth at the Los Angeles Environmental Education Fair (LAEEF) at the LA Arboretum this year. This is a great opportunity for Education Outreach and to share your love of herps with the public. Please let us know if you can make it and which animals you would like to bring. This is an outdoor event, underneath a canopy, set up in the NHM nature garden. They will have the spray misters again if it is hot.
