Adoption of animals from SWHS is a benefit of membership. To be elegible to adopt see membership page.

We are not an adoption agency

The Southwestern Herpetologists Society has reptiles available for adoption by SWHS members, with an adoption fee of $20. Some available reptiles are brought to the meetings, and can be taken home that night. For current availability:

If you are looking for a specific herp, please let us know. New animals arrive all the time. Feel free to e-mail, call, or talk to us at the meetings. Adoption request forms are available at the meetings.
